SYTYCS, CHA Summer Party...

So much fun stuff going on at Bliss!

The "So You Think You Can Scrap" contest is underway at Bliss! You can check out the contest at the SYTYCS Blog.  If you look to the right you can see the photo albums for last week's assignments and WHOA! did the contestants "bring it"! New assignments have gone out. Now, the contestants REALLY need your votes - You can vote once for a layout from Group 1 and once for a layout from Group 2.

Also, the new Viewer's Challenge for week #2 has been posted. You can check it out on the Scrapper's Bliss Message Board. Join in the fun for a chance to win a Bliss Prize pack full of scrappy goodness!

and last, but NOT least.. Scrapper's Bliss is hosting a WEEK LONG PARTY for Summer CHA 2007! We will be having 4 challenges a day and several drive by prizes from July 16th-July 22nd! Check out the fun HERE!

Blissful Reminders!

Hi Everyone!

Life here in AL is the same, BORING! We did make a pilgrimage to Target yesterday for a "field trip". Silly little girls, you would have thought we were at Disneyland, they were so excited! (yes, they are trained well!)

On the bright side, Aaron is doing really well in flight school and has had 100s or high 90s on his tests! He started FLYING on Wednesday, like really flying, which is pretty scary, if you ask me! The good news, the trainer helicopters are equipped like a Driver's Ed car, so the Instructor Pilot is there in case of operator screw-up!

Here is the man, the myth, the legend who will be flying a helicopter over YOUR house..... good luck! LOL!

So Much Going On.......

Phew! Where to begin?

I am glad my "online life" is so interesting, because my home life these days is making me want to cry, so BORING! Hot, lazy days in Alabama, full of diaper changes, sweating, fighting siblings and endless days of NOTHING! We can't even go out of town because Aaron has school and when he gets home, he has to study! I seriously hope this Flight School thing has a silver lining SOMEWHERE, because, so far, it SUCKS! (enough complaining.. now, while I *could* take you down a trip on memory lane and lament about how much I MISS San Diego, with their perfect climate, beautiful beaches and million family-friendly activites we so enjoyed..... I will save that for another day!)

Instead, I will tell you all the exciting things going on at Bliss this day/week/month! (If you don't know what I am talking about you can go to www.scrappersbliss and find out!)

We have the awesomely talented Jenni Bowlin joining us for a chat on Tuesday, July 10th (yes, that is today!) at 8:00pm CST! (that is 6:00pm PST and 9:00pm EST for those of you that are time zone challenged!)

Also, the So You Think You Can Scrap contest has begun at Bliss! We announced the Top 20 Finalists today on our blog (you can check it out here:  SYTYCS Blog). The first style assignments went out today. They are due on Friday the 13th and voting on the blog will begin on July 14th! Come vote for your favorite!

We didn't want to leave out the viewers or those who just missed the auditions so we are also having a "Viewer's Challenge" each and every week! All you have to do is scrap the assigned style, post it to our gallery and link it up to the weekly thread and your name will be entered to win a Bliss Prize Pack full of scrap goodness! Indpendence Day and More.........

Once again I have neglected the old blog! I have discovered that since we don't actually DO much, since we moved to Alabama, that I forget to post.

July 4th was a quiet day here at the Harwick household. Brody is getting 3 teeth and was VERY grumpy! The girls are getting stir crazy so they were busily tearing down the house. They all passed out while watching a movie, so we exercised our freedom from crowds and walking a million miles to and from the car with 4 kids and stayed home. BORING!
