Do you need a new lens?

 As I was blog surfing today (to many of my favorite blog spots) I ran across the MCP Actions Blog where I finally purchased some actions I have been eyeing (since I cannot figure out how to get eyes to pop and teeth whiter on my own I am going to let these guide my way!)... and found that they are giving away one of these:

  

 

I have so been wanting one of these since I read about them recently.. of course, given my double house payment situation, that is not happening.. so.. here I am posting about it in hopes of winning one (or maybe you will win it and share it with me? LOL!)...

On home news, nothing going on here but the rent.. Brody brought a bug home last week that is now sweeping through the house. Holly is currently hanging out in my bed, sick.. poor baby! I wonder who will be next?

Happy Belated Birthday America!

Happy Belated Birthday America!

Unfortunately, we spent the day indoors most of the day with a sick little girl with a belly ache. We had originally planned to go to some fireworks or drive to my Mom's house, but she hasn't been feeling well either and I was hesitant to take 4 kids out in the crowd mentality alone.. so we stayed here. We held our own little birthday party, complete with decorations and cake and ice cream.

We also  took some patriotic photos... Here they are

 

 

 

We got lucky to see some fireworks in our neighborhood and we lit a few sparklers, although Hannah was the only one brave enough to hold or play with them (pictures of that later)...
